How can I add quote to Vanilla?

Hi, I try to add quotation option to Vanilla. I tried the adddon below, but not work(not apply CSS styles). Do you have any other idea to make this or different addon? Thanks.

@magruf: Did you try to add the CSS manually, i remember that by default, it just showed my a smaller fontsize, i then added a yellow box around and stuff to make it more visual appealing. Quotes works for me.
I returned to old version and made some css work. Not it works.
