Also how can I speed up the loading of the forum, takes up quite a bit of time and I know my host is not slow.

You have some files in red there, bootstrap-tooltip.html and jquery.min.html those should be js .

So I should add them into the forum?

why are they html? when something is in red it means those resources are not being found or is the wrong file. The List where I saw these is the script list and these files are supposed to be javascript they are in the js folder or somewhere ...go in and change their extension to js
