I disable this because i thought that this was the message going out on "Opengraph" now my whole site is down. The error is >>
Fatal error: Class 'VanillaModel' not found in /home3/hannahas/public_html/korat-expatsforum/plugins/AptAds/class.aptadmodel.php on line 4 <<<<

I checked and line 4 is the same as my other forums the error seems to be it can't find "VanillaModel" nor can I. > If this Disable breaks the site maybe a warning might be good.

There are also 7 other non named plugins with Enable / Disable on them, what are they ?

Found your solution I see MoaAlex had the same problem this was missing from line 14 in config.php.
$Configuration['EnabledApplications']['Vanilla'] = 'vanilla';
