    How do you want to insert it ? there are many ways. You can copy the embed code from the video service like youtube and paste it in the html editor. Or paste the link they give for html5 . Then post it in the discussion.

    If you want to put a permanent video on the page somewhere after the discussions or the panel, you can use the Pockets plugin. Or manually put it into your theme's master.php file.
