What is the new name for the property: AdminUsers

I'm getting an error with PageManager and I SOOO want this extension

Notice: Undefined property: AdminUsers in /home/www/forum/extensions/PageManager/default.php on line 369

    This extension's currently only for 0.9.2, but like I said, I can look into porting it if you really want it.

    I WANT! Yes, please or just give me a brief tutorial on how to add my own tabs that reference .php pages, I could do tha rest. Right now I have absolutely NO idea where to start and hav ejust been looking around at some of the 'proposed' extensions...I say proposed cause none of them seem to work on v1
