There is no locale in Sinhalese you would need to make your own. I suggest you download one that is in a language you can understand and then translate the $Definitions to your language.

you need to edit or add this to the $Definitions in your locale

$Definition['My Discussions']='My Loved Dscussions';

You would put that in conf/locale.php or your locale if you have one

2. Add $Definition['My Discussions']='My Loved Dscussions';
