Feedback "2" or 1

I have tried both feedback plugins and cannot seem to get any of them working, any ideas?

Was there any answer to this question on any other threads? I've searched but can't find out how to configure the Feedback 1 or 2 page.

I created Contact plugin because of the difficulties these others had.

You can add extra fields if that is what you want.
