Special Theme for Mobile

Hi.. Im using the +Baseline theme on my just installed Vanilla forum (2.1), is it possible to do automatic change for mobile user to use Mobileversion 1.1.3by Mark O'Sullivan?
Those 2 default theme is awesome, is enough for our forum need. Thanks!
