Upgrading and Plugins

Hi - I'm not even a day old with Vanilla Forums and already broke my forum

I upgraded to Version 2.1b1 and then discovered the jsConnect plugin breaks the forum. Should this be happening?

check the naming convention a for alpha b for beta.
