Tapatalk ver vn20_1.2 don't show in Plugins

I downloaded the new version, it upacks but don't show in Plug-ins, so i cannot activate it Any ideas? I unpacked it copied the mobiquo directory to the root but nothing seems to happen. How do you know when it's installed even on VER 1.1, I can enable it but from there on nothing! And when Tapatalk is running and installed does is have a menu & settings of some sort somewhere? Does it have a button on the main page? Where is it?
