Error Message: Failed to import file "controls/index.php"

I'm getting this error message. Does anyone have any solutions? Here's the entire message I get: A fatal, non-recoverable error has occurred Technical information (for support personel): Error Message: Failed to import file "controls/index.php". Affected Elements: Page.Import();

    there was one. noone read it.
    this looks like he needs to check controls/index.php actually exists, is readable, and not corrupted.

    "controls/index.php" implies that he's on 0.9.2.x

    Sorry for not including this earlier...it was my first post in the forum. Vanilla - 0.9.2 PHP - 4.4.0 MySQL - 4.1.13 controls/index.php exists and is readable, though I don't know if it is corrupted or not. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    are you using any extensions? are you sure they're meant for 0.9.2?

    not using any extensions, just the straight install from the main vanilla page
