Whats new in Nebula v5?

For quite a long time, I was unable to contribute and fix errors because of my studies. Finally, I got enough time to rebuild the theme. Here are the highlights

#. More spacing. Looks more pleasant to eyes.

#. Improved gray color theme and background.

#. Fixed 'Option' position on hover.

#. Fixed 'All Categories' view.

#. Fixed comment meta information position.

#. More than 50 CSS improvements.

#. Fixed some problems with new plugins.

#. Included branding tagline.

#. New Footer.

#. New buttons.

#. Works till Vanilla Version 2.0.18.4
