sitemap plugin listing just few discussions

hi all. I tried every "cheat" in the past discussions about sitemap plugin but still my sitemap plugin does not create the famous /sitemapindex.xml file and the file under /cache/Sitemaps still lists only a partial list of all the discussions i have on my forum (you can see it here) any advice on configuring it properly? thanks!
