Can someone implement CKEditor as a plugin?

Some one probably could, however this one does pretty much everything CK does except keep stuff for further review or zoom in to see the contents. But you can paste video links and images and all the other stuff with this one.And also add plugins that work in concert with the editor like file upload and mediator and some other ones.

If not, then it isn't really reasonable to ask others to work for you for free.

I haven't used it myself, but there seems to be an aversion to CLEditor from some users who normally know what they are talking about:

Good finding. Unfortunately, it seems that the project mentioned in the discussion is kaputt, the repository is gone.
