Parse error after updating to 2.0.18.8

After upgrading to 2.0.18.8 I get 2 parse errors.
First, next to the Spam management link in the dashboard I get:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home3/fotocome/public_html/forum-fotografia/library/core/functions.error.php on line 71
Second, next to Moderation Queue I get:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home3/fotocome/public_html/forum-fotografia/library/core/functions.error.php on line 32
I disabled all anti spam plugins but did not solve the problem.

Yes, thanks. I tried accessed the dashboard while the upload was still in progress. The message appeared and remained cache for some minutes.
