Allow users to choose a username when connecting SSO w jsConnect?

Hi, we don't have username information for most of our users on our website

This creates a challenge when connecting with SSO Vanilla jsConnect

Has anyone faced this issue? The best option seems to be to have a prompt where users can select a forum username during their first sign in

    Hi, thought I'd try asking one more time...

    The "choose a username" prompt idea I had above seems like a possible answer, but it seems like this might be a bit of a challenge to implement with the current setup. Maybe this could be addressed in a future version of VF?
