  • Open account.php and make sure that there is no whitespace (or any other text) before the "<?php" at the beginning of the file.

Have you recently enabled any extensions?
  • "<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;charset=utf-8">" This shows up before the "<?php" :/ No, I haven't added any extensions for a few weeks. Don't think this showed up until today.
  • Erm, should that be there? It's not in my version of 0.9.2.6 or the latest svn version of 0.9.3?

Which version are you using? Try deleting that and see what happens?
  • There shouldn't be anything before the first "<?php". [Re]moving that meta tag should make the errors go away.
  • Sorry to be slow on this. Yes, your solution worked. Thank you very much!
  • You're very welcome!
