How do you resize a theme to embed it?

I'm using the Grayscale Green theme and embeded it into WordPress. The only problem is that the "go" button in the search bar on the top right is cut off, and on the themes page in the dashboard (when viewed as embeded on WordPress) also has the "Apply" and "Preview" buttons cut off on the third theme on the right. How can I fix both of these issues? I want everything to show within the confines of my WordPress theme. I understand some things may need to be resized. Please provide as much detail as possible on how I can achieve this.
