Karma not being added

Meta CountVisits Equals 5.00 Make transaction of 1.00 Karma
Meta CountComments Equals 1.00 Make transaction of 1.00 Karma
Meta CountDiscussions Equals 1.00 Make transaction of 2.00 Karma
Meta ILiked Equals 1.00 Make transaction of 0.50 Karma
Meta Liked Equals 1.00 Make transaction of 0.50 Karma
But karma doesn't seem to get added for anything. At one point it awarded the first few actions but now, nothing... Why would this be happening?
