How to add Mobile UI for New Plugin

Im Developing a New Plugin Called WebGeek for WebMasters and Bloggers. Its Like a web directory. you can see beta version in http://geek.lk/webgeek. Now i want to display another interface for Mobile users. How can i do this. ???

    test ismobile and render a different view.

    there are numerous discussions on the forum detailing testing for mobile and there are discussions about rendering views.

    I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.
