Bug on Addons Profile Page

When viewing someone's addons profile page on this website, you can see the "Edit Profile" link in the sidebar even if you're logged out. Clicking on the link brings you to a permissions denied page as it should, but the link shouldn't be there unless you have permission to edit the profile.

I noticed that on my profile once and thought I was logged in , when clicked it sent me to permission denied . Yes I vouch it is seen when logged out .

I know about that page, but I wasn't sure if it was with the application itself and it could have been something to do with VanillaForums.org such as a permissions problem or some other settings. I also wasn't sure if other people were seeing it.
