How Do i Fix This-Members can't login

I have a vanilla forum here: www.mastereventer.com/forum
It allows people to sign up and sends them their activation email just fine, but then says "access denied" when they try to login.
I can login to the admin account, but no one else can log in.
Anybody know what the problem is?

Create a new user group and doublecheck / triplecheck the permissions. Then add 1 (test) user to it and try to log in as that user
