Feedback for an improved version of Memberships plugin

You can download it here https://github.com/lifeisfoo/Memberships ('master' branch). I've added some features (read the README on github), but I think that a Groups application could be a better thing, since many and many feature should be added.

Anybody that want to help me to develop this application? Features suggestion are welcome.

Note: you can find the original plugin code in the 'johnathon' branch.
