Filebrowser running on tiscali webspace

Hi all! Newb here :) After a little advice if you've got a minute? I'm having trouble getting the fileborwser running on Tiscali wespace. I'm guessing it's something to do with not running php but not sure what with being a newb! All I get is an error message stating index.htm or index.html not found. Are there any free servers that you know of that will run the filebrowser or do I have to get my wallet out? lol All advice much appreciated :)

    I do believe someone on this forum (ambitiouslemon comes to mind?) provides free php hosting for mini projects and stuff. I dunno what the T&C are but you should probably be able to get some from them.
