Once you read all there is , then follow the instructions to install and set up the forum.

Ah well that is a better description of what you are asking. You can add discussions and categories that you think would be interesting for the kind of members you want to attract .

You can find content in the news , or about a movie or book, it all depends what your users will like .

is there any plugin by which members of my website can create wikis ?

You could create a category Called wikis and have them post in that category. Then create sub categories of that.
