How do I set up the reCAPTCHA?

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

I am testing my new forum, and it says to get reCAPTCHA keys.
That I can do.
What I can't is find where to put them.

    In the registration settings page, make sure basic registration is selected and two textboxes should pop up under the page.
