remove spams manually with anti spam

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

I've installed anti spam plugin and then I tested it to remove spam discussion pages.
But I got the results like this, "There are no spam items at this time."
How can I remove it, "http://forums.aaa.com/discussion/36/test-#Item_2" manually?
Please let me know.

    Yes. I want to delete spams as admin.

    well if the same user caused all the spam delete the user through the dashboard

    otherwise, delete the individual discussions manually.

    I'm not familiar with the plugin.
