which theme this community is using

I installed vanilla forums on my localhost. I didn't find theme that is currently applied on this community. Where to get it? Or something like that ?

the theme is called vforg, it is copyright vanilla and shouldn't be used on your site. You may however take a look at the css and design your own based on it.
