Dropdown not working?

in Vanilla 2.0 - 2.8

Theres a carat over my username when I am logged in, which I assume is a dropdown and how I log out/go to the dashboard, but nothing happens when I click it.

I replaced jquery.js with the appropriate version, and using Version 2.0.18.8 of Vanilla.

Any suggestions @kasperisager ?

    I realize that, but the new version is not ready, and the old version did work, so I thought I might take a chance because I really like Bootstrap :D

    Also, if its an easy fix, cool. If not I may just dig into the code and fix it :)
