Undefined discussion subject. - Vanilla Embed

I am trying to use the embed feature and it's working really well but each thread has the same title "Undefined discussion subject." I have googled it and it says that it uses meta data and then page title and then basically searches for anything in the page that might be a title and uses that.

I have set my title in meta-data and in a title tag and I am still getting this problem.
