Mobile Theme: Adding Category Name to Discussion title

I have some users that are in private forums, and can't tell which categories the discussions are inside of in the mobile app. I'd like to adjust the discussion title from:

Title

to

Category: Title

so they can know in what context they should be speaking.

I've put a temporary hack in that puts a warning on the top of the mobile page:

but can't seem to find anything that works to append the $Sender->Data('Discussion.Category') to the title for the mobile theme.
