Duplicate Numbered Pager

Is it possible to duplicate the Numbered Pager that appears on the bottom of each discussion page so that it also appears on the top?

I've been playing around with this for awhile, including looking at the code within peregrine's Member's List Enhanced plugin that has the pager on the top and bottom of the list - but I have not yet been successful.

All ideas are appreciated!

lol yes I guess so, I meant caning but misspelled it hahah , I will stick to spanking them....
