2.2.3.11 bug found, want to confirm

I found a bug in vanilla 2.2.3.11 that I would like to confirm. Please try the following.

While signed out, visit a post/thread/topic and scroll to the bottom and click sign in to comment, after signing in, I continue to receive "page not found".

can anyone else confirm this? This is from the master branch from github.

I found the issue, its adding an additional directory in the URL, it should be mysite.com/forums/topictitle, but after signing in its going to mysite.com/forums/forums/topictitle

I can verify that this happens on 2.1b .

Steps to replicate:

    Go to this forum http://www.fumamx.org/foro

    Go to Categories

    Select a Category 

    Select a discussion

    Sign in from the bottom link 

    Result = Redirects to 404 not found

I think this is due to the way the link is constructed , I had something similar happen to me with the galleries plugin trying to make it work for people with root installs and ran across this .

Seems the link is adding the subdirectory twice may be due to a mistake in the php link structure.
