No Theme Options in Administrative Panel*

In 2.0, "Theme Options" may not show up in your administrative panel sidebar. In 2.1, there is another major update addressing the problem and probably another banner color!

Well... The subject was intended to be "No Theme Options in Administrative Panel", just to let you know
Unfortunately, We can't make it in the theme so that there is a option in Appearance that says "Theme Options". We have tried everything like putting that code on top of another version, but it wouldn't work. But, you can go to "Themes" and in the selected theme area, find the link that says "Theme Options" and it'll be the same thing.
