Signatures Plugin not working in Vanilla 2.1b2

Hi. I have vanilla 2.1b2 and I downloaded the Signatures plugin and uploaded it to /plugins but when I enable it, go to my edit profile, and click on Signatures, It takes me to a blank page.

It works! There are some other really good plugins in that addon folder
