Register PM - installed but not working. Please help

Good afternoon,

Thanks for a great plugin @tarsus. However I can't get it to work.

I'm running 2.0.18.8, using a heavily modified 'Grayscale Blue' theme, and have several other plugins active.
I've entered valid email addresses (just in case the message was emailed, rather than PM'd).

I've enabled the plugin, and typed my own message into the dashboard RegisterPM screen.
I've also made sure I've installed the latest available version of RegisterPM from Addons.

    He was last active march 5th so almost no chance in getting a response from him.

    Do the usual : default theme and do some debugging
