2 things: select all and categories as home

Okay so I'm new here but Hi... In Vanilla 1 (which is great, but has somethings that are missing, such as the necessity to actually READ the terms as a popup. . .), you go into settings and edit a role. You try to select all as things the role can do but it directs you to the index... weird. Also, you said it would be possible but how can you make the categories page as the site's home rather than discussions? Thanks ens

  • Vanilla used to make you read the terms but it bugged so many people mark took it out. I dont know if it remains as an option though. The second bug is an odd one and sounds like an ajax error to me, can you re-order categories and other ajaxy things? The third one i believe is now a config option.

Which version of Vanilla are you using?
What browser and version are you using?
  • I'm also thinking javascript is turned off or ajax is firing an error somewhere on that second one.
  • Im using the Vanilla 1 release 3 thing... sorta testing it I guess. I am using Firefox (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.0.4) Gecko/20060508 Firefox/1.5.0.4) and have Javascript on. I can reorder categories and user roles, etc.
