Akismet plugin should ignore Admin

I'm the admin on a forum using the Akismet plugin for spam control, though it marks my comments as spam because I use a VPN. Simply ignoring admin by default and even control over individual users or other roles would be nice.

    What version number of Vanilla do you use?

    If you're using Vanilla 2.1b2, there's an link when viewing a user's profile in their info box called "not verified" that you can click to verify the user and make Vanilla ignore the user for spam checks.

    There's also a plugin called Bulk Edit that will let you verify many users at once if you're using Vanilla 2.1b2+.
