Embed theme and a Main page theme through different URLs

I'm planning to serve the forum from a main domain e.g. www.forum.com (this could either be an Embedded theme with a side-bar I add or a different theme such as Default theme) and as an iframe (Embedded theme) within a different domain.

How can i configure or easily customize the code-base so that I can serve
