I know @Adrian already released a blog post, but what is the Vanilla Comment System, and how is the System Account useful in a self hosted forum? Is the System account able to do "Close Discussions"

The system account in self-hosted forums is usually used for notifications and is the author of discussions created by embedded comments.

Do I have to login as the System account, or is it Automatic?
And one more thing: What commands can you use on it and how can you use it?
There are no commands in the self-hosted version and it can be used by addons.
