Why there is no "Messages" option in my dashboard

Why there is no "Messages" option in my dashboard. Is there any option i have to enable or some thing wrong with my installation. I have this option on my local server.

Re-upload Vanilla 2.0.18.8 and then look inside the folder /applications/dashboard/controllers to make sure that there's a file called class.messagecontroller.php. Also, clear all the .ini files from the /cache folder.

I have tried this already...Error is "Page Not Found"

Did you try this: http://example.com/index.php?p=/dashboard/messages instead of http://example.com/index.php?p=/dashboard/message

Can you show what is in your conf/config.php where all your plugins are?

You want me to upload config.php file?
I have uploaded again and delete all .ini files, my site was not working I uploaded backup of my config folder now site is working but still there is no option for ""Messages
