How to make the NavBar white?

Hey, I understand that you no longer maintain this theme, but I was just wondering where I would go to change the color of the NavBar from black to white? Thank you.

Welcome to the community.
If you use an inspection tool like Firebug for Firefox, you will be able to see which css rules affect any element in that (or any) theme.
Changes to css would go in the theme's custom.css file.
