Log in from front (discussions) page?

Hey! Anyone know how to put a log-in box on the front page? I.e. showed on the discussions page when people are not logged in. After log-in, the discussions page would get refreshed and the users would never have to see a superflous separate log-in page. Can I just include the boxes from the log-in page somewhere, somehow?

I was able to get the best of both options--you can customize any text by editing the definitions at the top of the extension. If you use an empty string in the fields, the extension will make do with what it finds in the language definition.

I know this isin't the 'proper' way to do extension translations... maybe work that in later.
