1.Allowed to set where van2shout appears.

2.Allowed to see how many ppl in van2shout of this page.

3.Allowed to set a limited time to stop spaming,like every 20sec only allowed to send one message.If you send 2 msg in 20sec , you will got a alert which only you can see.

Hey @jeongwee,
your first point is already an option, it's the first checkbox: "Display on the discussions page". This switches the shoutbox' position between "on top of the discussions" and "sidebar".
I'm working on your point number two right now, but I guess I'll make "Who's online" a dependency. The limited time will only work with MySQL as backend, I can see no way to check this using the Firebase security rules. Depending on how much work it'll be I might implement it in the next update.
