I am getting this everytime i go to dashboard.
What is the problem?
what is the use of updateproxy?
Why does it go to internal server error?

Take a look in your webserver's error log ... It could be a multitude of things, file permissions set wrongly, bad configuration, incorrect configuration and so on...
