SEO not working for Tags

It seems that this plugin is not working for "Tags". They are having same title as that of home page. Which is a huge drawback to SEO as lots of tag pages will be having same title. It is very bad for SEO.
Also can you make Tags pages nofollow, noindex.

    Not within 7 hours of your first post ... post your question, let it sit for at least 24 hours (longer on a weekend) and if no one answers, then 'bump' your question with 'please, anyone, help, please'
