Migrate users and their crediantials (from my old database) to 2.0.18.8 to 2.1b2

Well, we have this website running for a while and we have several users. Now I want to upgrade it to Vanilla 2.1b2. How can I migrate the user table and their related tables if any to the new database. What changes are to be made?

    @JerryJones it is kind of one of those questions, if you have to ask you probably shouldn't be going beta.
