Vanilla Porter 1.8.0 Blank Screen

Hi I am trying to run Vanilla Porter 1.8.0.
I have uploaded the vanilla2export.php file to my server but when I navigate to it it just displays a completely blank screen.
Any ideas what going on?
I have PHP Version 5.2.17
