Editor doesn't appear(CLEditor or Wysihtml5) on post form

Hi!

I am using 2.1b2.

Editor with buttons doesn't appear such as CLEditor or Wysihtml5 on post create form, but it appears on comment form.

Why it happens? How enable editor on post create form?

I am using version 1.2.7 which came with 2.1b2.

I would like to show some screenshots with editor:

Also on form without editor:
1. Doesn't work ImageUpload plugin. Upload button displayed, but doesn't work.
2. When I create new post with several paragraphs, after post all paragraphs concatenate in one line.

One problem at a time. Vanilla 2.1 beta with CLEditor or Wysihtml5 on create new post, no editor is shown.

Also on form without editor:

Probably most likely this is a known bug and you need to search the forum. There are multiple topics about this problem. It has to do with the file upload version, js version, etc.
