Ah, I missed that in the plan features. Missing this feature in the small group plan makes the service cost prohibitive for us. Thanks for the response!
@joenicora Try the Free version . You still need to host it somewhere so it is not entirely free , but it is relatively easy to manage and simple to install and configure with almost as many features as the Cloud product. A good way to get started .

That is a good point, I'll take a look at that before moving on. Is Vanilla written in PHP/Mysql?
Yes it is , it is probably the most user friendly software you will find. It is easy to style and you can even write your own plugins. You should download it and install it in your computer and test it out .
